The Microsoft Excel BizApp Worksheet to CSV Command Use Formatted Cell Values parameter is used to instruct the BizApp to extract the value as displayed in the worksheets based on the format applied. For example, if a cell contains the value 1678.895326 and a comma style format with two (2) decimal places is applied, the Command would extract a value of 1,678.90 from the worksheet.

The Use Formatted Cell Values parameter is currently only able to process cell values to which a non-custom format has been applied. The following non-custom formats are supported:

Format Code: Format Style
 "general"
 "0"
 "0.00"
 "#,##0"
 "#,##0.00"
 "0%"
 "0.00%"
 "0.00e+00"
 "# ?/?"
 "# ??/??"
 "mm-dd-yy"
 "d-mmm-yy"
 "d-mmm"
 "mmm-yy"
 "h:mm am/pm"
 "h:mm:ss am/pm"
 "h:mm"
 "h:mm:ss"
 "m/d/yy h:mm"
 "#,##0 ;(#,##0)"
 "#,##0 ;[red](#,##0)"
 "#,##0.00;(#,##0.00)"
 "#,##0.00;[red](#,##0.00)"
 `_(* #,##0_);_(* \(#,##0\);_(* "-"_);_(@_)`
 `_("$"* #,##0_);_("$* \(#,##0\);_("$"* "-"_);_(@_)`
 `_(* #,##0.00_);_(* \(#,##0.00\);_(* "-"??_);_(@_)`
 `_("$"* #,##0.00_);_("$"* \(#,##0.00\);_("$"* "-"??_);_(@_)`
 "mm:ss"
 "[h]:mm:ss"
 "mmss.0"
 "##0.0e+0"
 "@"

To identify if a cell value contains a custom format, right-click the cell value and select Format Cells. If the Category on the Number tab is specified as Custom, the Use Formatted Cell Values parameter will not be able to recognize the formatted value and the raw (unformatted) cell value will be extracted from the worksheet.
