When using the OneCloud File Utilities BizApp with a GroundRunner it displays an error (Ex. "Directory not found"). This error occurs when an account with privileges to the server where the GroundRunner is installed does not have access privileges to the server with the referenced directory. Hence this directory can not be found.

Error Message:
"Directory not found"

Issue Solution:
Make sure that the account that GroundRunner runs under is also granted privileges to access the server on which the directory that needs to be accessed is located.
