Create a new Connection and enable all Connections for the "DEV" and "PROD" Environments.
Step 1: Add an HTTP Connection
To add a new Connection or view an existing one, click the Connections tab on the navigation pane on the left side of the page.
Click on the (+) button in the lower, right-hand corner.
Under BizApp, select HTTP Request for this demonstration.
Scroll down to confirm the Environments for "DEV" and "PROD" are enabled.
Click the corresponding boxes, as necessary.
Save the Connection.
📓 About the Example Video:
Connections are available across Workspaces and must have unique names. They must also be enabled within a specific Environment of a Workspace to be used. The tenant creating this video had previously created a HTTP Connection for another tutorial. The process is consistent regardless of whether this is the tenant's first Connection or fifth. In this case, the Connection is edited to enable the Environments for "Sample Workspace for BlackLine" (shown below).
Editing an Existing Connection
Click on the 🔽 to the right of the Connection.
For this example,
Scroll down to the "Environments" Section.
As necessary, click the box(es) to enable the Connection for the "PROD" and "DEV" Environments.
Save the changes.
Step 2: Alternative Source Connections (optional)
