OneCloud will be making platform enhancements, Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 1 pm to 3 pm EDT. There will be no downtime for this release.

Platform Enhancements

Ability to Enable and Disable schedules on Chain Promotion

This new feature provides the ability to enable or disable schedules as a part of promoting a Chain from one environment to the next.

Delete confirmation for Workspaces and Environments

Previously we introduced a safeguard to confirm the deletion of a Chain by typing in the name of the Chain. This feature has now been extended to Environments and Workspaces. It is important to remember that once a OneCloud Workspace, Environment, or Chain is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Monitor view warning filter

In the OneCloud Chain monitor view, there is now an option that will filter on Chains that complete with a Warning status.

Improved multi-tenant user experience

For users who have access to multiple OneCloud tenants, this feature will allow different browser tabs to simultaneously maintain connections to different OneCloud tenants.

Connectors (BizApps)

Oracle E-Buisiness Suite Connector

The OneCloud Oracle EBS BizApp provides an array of functionality including the ability to post journals and receive a journal ID as a command output. The new connector has other commands to automate an array of EBS tasks.

Enhanced Oracle NetSuite Saved Search

NetSuite Saves Searches are an easy way for business users to define reports and extract data for downstream purposes. With this update, the Get Saved Search Data command in the OneCloud NetSuite BizApp will now include custom fields and fields in the saved search for records joined to the primary record type.

IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) generic request command

This new enhancement enables IBM Planning Analytics clients to leverage the OneCloud TM1 / Planning Analytics BizApp to interface with any published TM1 or Planning Analytics REST API. This new feature ensures that all commands are channeled through the native TM1 application security layer.

Enhanced Sage Intacct Run Report

Custom arguments can now be specified in the OneCloud Sage Intacct BizApp when running a report to further filter and define the results.

The following defects are fixed in this platform update

  • Technology logos now immediately appear when a new Chain is created. (Ticket #1347)

  • Reports that return a complex value in a field can now be pulled via the Run Report command. (Ticket #1352)
