OneCloud will be making platform enhancements, Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 11 am to 1 pm EDT. There will be no downtime for this release.

Platform Enhancements - Integration Studio

Chain Promotion

Chain Promotion now supports selecting a Resource used in a Chain when it is promoted. This feature provides additional flexibility when there are differences in Resources between environments.

Run Chain Event

The Run Chain Event now supports Skip Conditions. This allows the Run Chain Event to be bypassed based on conditional logic.

Additional REST API Endpoints

The OneCloud REST API now includes additional endpoints that provide more detailed information about users, groups, and assigned security permissions. These endpoints provide a mechanism to programmatically retrieve the security configuration for a OneCloud tenant.

Stopping Chains

When stopping a parent Chain that has started additional Chains using the Run Chain Event, the child Chains that were started by the parent Chain will now also be stopped.

Enhanced PagerDuty Notifications

The PagerDuty notification now supports integration with PagerDuty deployments that have more than 100 services.

Platform Enhancements - Data Prep

Excel Formulas

The Excel Formulas Transformation now supports column names that contain spaces eliminating the need to update the column name in the data layout.

Mapping Groups Columns Definition Bulk Update

The Columns Definition of a Mapping Group has been enhanced to provide additional dependency checking. When a Mapping Group is published and additional Columns are added to the Mapping Groups Columns Definition, Data Prep will provide an impact analysis. If the Mapping Group is impacted, an additional dialogue box will display with an option to apply bulk updates to the Mapping Group transformations.

Display Filter

The display filter for both Pipelines and Mapping Groups now includes the ability to filter for a Column value that is blank.

Connectors (BizApps)

Google Cloud Storage

Google Cloud Storage is an online file storage web service for storing and accessing data on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. The service combines the performance and scalability of Google's cloud with advanced security and sharing capabilities. The OneCloud Google Cloud Storage BizApp provides the ability to manage the repository as well as upload and download resources as a part of a OneCloud Chain.

A new OneCloud BizApp is available that allows OneCloud Integration Studio Chains to retrieve information such as Workspaces and Environments configuration detail, Chains execution history, and security detail. In addition, OneCloud BizApp Commands can enable the starting or stopping of Chains.

The Workday BizApp now supports the execution of an Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) with inline data. An inbound EIB allows data to be directly loaded to Workday and bypasses the need for a separate FTP process. The Launch EIB Command now includes a file input field that can accept Outputs from other Integration Studio Commands that dynamically prepare the EIB.

Oracle Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS)

The Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) BizApp now supports setting the precision for data exported using a PCM Query.
