A Workspace is a grouping of related workflows that encapsulates multiple Environments for different sets of users and applications that are integrated. Workspaces are an important way to allow OneCloud to be deployed for different purposes, such as the following table depicts:
Corporate financial planning & analysis, automated close.
Anaplan, BlackLine, NetSuite, Adaptive Insight, HostAnalyics, Oracle EPM, Relational, etc.
Territory & quota management, connected planning.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, EPBCS,
Integrated and automated reported. Scheduled or on-demand.
Additionally, Workspaces are a powerful way to segment OneCloud security groups for different OneCloud users and administrators, stored variables, and technologies that can be enabled for different Workspace and Environment combinations.
Add a Workspace
If needed, select "Home" from the left navigation.
If needed, select "Workspaces" from the left navigation.
Select the blue plus (+) icon in the lower-right corner
Add a Name, Description, and Variables as desired.
Save the changes.
