Manual Upgrade - Windows-Based

  • Download the latest GroundRunner from the Admin ➡️ Runners ➡️ Downloads directory.

  • Using the Windows Services Manager, stop the OneCloud GroundRunner Service.

  • Place the GroundRunner installation file in its own directory such as: c:\onecloud_upgrade

  • Unzip the files in the directory created in step #3.

  • Navigate the directory structure of the decompressed ZIP file and copy the following two files to the directory where the OneCloud GroundRunner binaries were installed (e.g., c:\onecloud\Contents):

    • ocrunner.exe

    • ocrunnermonitor.exe

    • occli.exe

  • Restart the OneCloud GroundRunner Services from the Windows Services Manager.

Manual upgrade - Unix-Based

  • Download the latest GroundRunner from the Admin ➡️ Runners ➡️ Downloads directory.

  • On the server that is hosting the OneCloud GroundRunner, navigate to the directory where the service is running.

  • Stop the OneCloud GroundRunner Service: sudo ./occli stop

  • Place the GroundRunner installation file in its own directory such as: /home/<username>/onecloud_upgrade/

  • Unzip the files in the directory created in step #4.

  • Navigate the directory structure of the decompressed ZIP file and copy the following two files to the directory where the OneCloud GroundRunner binaries were installed (e.g., /home/onecloud/Contents/):

    • ocrunner

    • ocrunnermonitoro

    • ccli

  • Restart the OneCloud GroundRunner Services: sudo ./occli start
