Create your own OneCloud tenant

Login to your OneCloud account by accessing the OneCloud website and selecting Ready to Connect and then clicking Sign Up for Free. Alternatively, simply navigate to the following URL:

📓 Organization ID

You create your organization ID when you first sign-up for OneCloud. We recommend that you use your actual company name. Note that spaces and special characters or not allowed but you can not use numbers, letters, dashes, and underscores.

If you are already a platform user, you can directly access the login screen through the following URL: or via the OneCloud homepage. Once in the login screen, enter your Organization ID, email, and password.

📓 Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses Single Sign-On, then simply navigate to your organization’s SSO provider such as Okta or OneLogin.

To Logout, access your profile in the top right-hand corner and select LOGOUT.

Member of multiple Companies

If you are a member of more than one OneCloud Company (also referred to as a Tenant), you can switch between companies by simply selecting the target Company under your profile. When this action is performed, the standard login screen will request the username and password for that particular tenant.

📓 Use different browser tabs for each tenant

Please note that you can access more than one tenant at a time by logging into each tenant in a separate tab but should not have multiple tabs open for a single tenant.

Password Reset

Users that log in to OneCloud with a username and password can reset their password from the main page. An email will be sent to the associated email address with password reset instructions. Please note that you must know the name of your tenant.
