OneCloud supports the following browsers. Please note that the look and feel of the interface may vary, but the OneCloud functionality will be the same.
Internet Explorer 10 & 11 (limited)
Supported Operating Systems
OneCloud supports the following host operating systems:
Microsoft Windows Desktop (7 and 10, 32 and 64 bit)
Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019)
Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu)
Solaris (11, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4)
macOS (Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave)
Note that the GroundRunner has no external library dependencies except for the requirement of the BizApp. For example, the Oracle Essbase, Anaplan BizApps and Data Prep require Java 8 or greater be installed and available. This can be Oracle Java or OpenJDK.
⚠️ If you have a 3rd Party network appliance that inspects SSL traffic, their certificates must be installed into the Java Keystore (JKS) to ensure platform functionality.
Operating System Requirements
The OneCloud GroundRunner requires limited system resources but we do recommend the following:
512MB of available RAM
100GB of available disk space
Recommended System Configuration for GroundRunner Host
As for the recommended configuration, most clients use some form of a virtual machine configured with 2 to 4 processors, 8GB of system memory, and an SSD storage device. To calculate the required disk space, if you have a Chain with 5 Commands that each produces 10MB ephemeral outputs, then the Chain would require 50MB of available drive space to complete.
